Damaged or Defective Items

To process your request, please include clear photos of the damaged item and its packaging. Our team will review the issue, and if eligible, we will arrange a replacement of the original item ordered.

For gift recipients receiving a damaged item shipped directly to you, we will process an eligible replacement and provide all necessary details.
