Delivery Policy

SHIPPING LOCATIONS

We currently deliver across the continental United States, excluding P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.

PROCESSING & DELIVERY TIMES

  • Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
  • Standard Delivery: 3-5 business days via ground shipping.
  • Express Delivery: 1-2 business days (additional fees apply).
  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM PST will be processed the next business day.

DELIVERY DETAILS

Our roses are shipped directly from our warehouse in California and are packaged to preserve their beauty and freshness for up to 1 month. We offer doorstep delivery with tracking and signature confirmation (for high-value orders). Customers will receive an email with a tracking number once the order has shipped.

SHIPPING CARRIERS

We partner with the following trusted carriers to ensure safe and timely delivery:

  • UPS
  • FedEx
  • USPS Priority Mail (for select locations)

Carrier selection depends on delivery location, package size, and service speed. Tracking numbers are provided once the order is shipped.

DELIVERY WINDOWS

While we aim to deliver on the estimated date, we cannot guarantee exact delivery times. Please allow for potential delays during holidays, peak seasons, or extreme weather conditions.

INCORRECT ADDRESSES

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is correct.
We are not responsible for:

  • Orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • Delays caused by address errors.

DELIVERY FAILURES

If delivery fails due to refusal, incorrect address, or no one available to accept the package:

  • The order will not be refunded, due to the perishable nature of our products.
  • Re-delivery may be attempted at the customer’s expense.
